Taktik Social is not responsible for: • Instagram actions (shadowban, limitations, etc.) • Quality of your content or niche • Changes in Instagram algorithm • Indirect revenue losses Our liability is limited to your monthly subscription amount.

You can: • Cancel your subscription anytime • Export your data before termination • Request deletion of your data We can terminate your account in case of: • Terms violation • Non-payment • Fraudulent activity • Instagram request

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Important changes will be notified by email 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
